I purchased a 10 x 20 unit for a move my wife and I were making from FL to Ga. The online booking went smoothly. Upon arrival at the facility, the staff was helpful, the facility was clean gated and safe. Location was picked by proximity to my children and this fit the bill. We did find the unit to be smaller than what was advertised. A 10 x 20 was 9'4x 18'. Just keep this in mind when renting. Because of this, I was compensated for the month we used it for only 3 days. A prior review was followed up by a phone call from management that wanted to make sure we were fairly treated. I found this to be a good example of a caring management and staff.

Flex Storage is a first-class operation. Why? First and foremost, the staff is excellent at assisting you get the right sized unit. Lily is such a nice, helpful person. Very professional. Secondly, the units are bright, clean, and critter-proof. Finally, the ease at getting into and out of the facility is superb, unlike other storage facilities in the area. Cannot recommend Flex highly enough.
From our initial site visit, through the online reservation and contracting process, and ultimately to move-in, the Manager, Lily has been helpful, accommodating and welcoming. The facility is in excellent condition, offering many options to address a variety of climate-controlled storage needs.
