David was very professional, personable and helpful. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend him and this company. Jerome, at Flex South, is equally as easy to work with and the reason i stayed with Flex. David will be a big reason I will be staying with them. I will be driving by other storage facilities closer to my home now but do not regret staying with Flex and driving further. The grounds are clean and well lit making it feel much safer and better maintained than other facilities I've used. Very satisfied with this company and their employees.

I have been using flex storage since 2023. All of the staff members are behind helpful and kind as could be! Super easy to rent, move in, transfer units, access, but also a secure storage facility. No issues or complaints at all.
