Jacob was very nice and knowledgeable about the storage units. He showed me around to find the size of the unit I would need. The process was very quick and easy. He was very accommodating offering my son and I water while we were there. I would recommend people going there to get a storage unit!
Jacob was very helpful and the facility is very clean. Really great service. I am moving my mom to Atlanta to be closer to us and Metro Mini Storage is better than i couldve hoped for in this process. I really wish that I had such a great option for storage where I live in Atlanta, so I will be sorry to leave when the time comes. I have not found such a great storage facility to choose from at home or at least one with such great customer service, and I have shopped around several times before.

I excellent customer service.
I called I called and spoke asked to Jacob to see if there were any units available. He gave me description of what he had to offer. I made my decision and drove up here and within minutes I was set up with a unit.
Security cameras are in place throughout the property and lighting down each alley with the local PD patrolling the lot.

I rented a nice size storage unit and the price is great for the size.
I would advise everyone to use METRO in Pelham past the middle school.
