I had 2 climate controlled storage units and never had an issue. Easy access and management was always super helpful and responsive.
Originally I had reservation at Enterprise Truck which I made over a month ago. The day before I was supposed to pick up xl cargo van Rep advised truck still in shop and the company doesn’t have many xl cargo vans. Rep was more focused on telling me what he couldn’t do, and making excuses vs offering upgrade, alternative solution or call a competitor until I asked. After finding out I called Metro In Pelham at 445 pm, 15 minutes before closing and he connected me to Justin in Mccalla area. Justin listened to my situation and advised they could take care of me that day or first thing next day. Mr Bello at Mccalla location was very professional and prompt. He explained the rental agreement and returned process very well. Highly recommend this location for rentals! Thank you guys for assistance in our move!
