Recently switched here from another storage unit. I didn’t know what great service was until I came here. They are genuinely sweet people and have a high level of customer service. They make sure you know where your unit is, they show you how the doors and such operate, and they are all around very helpful and courteous.The storage unit is very spacious and is a great price. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I received a reminder about 30 minutes prior to Metro Mini Storage closing today and I darted out the door like a mad woman. Luckily there was a gentleman there by the name of Diego A. that stayed extra just to help me and was so extremely understanding and nice. A great person to have working there, great customer service skills any company would be lucky! Thank you Diego!

Metro Truck Rental and Mini Storage did an outstanding job for us! They had the perfect vehicle, a cargo van, for moving some furniture and other stuff. And they had a Storage unit just the right size. Justin was wonderful to work with and provided lots of good advice. He helped make the entire process go well.
