I have rented from Metro for many years. I especially like the Chelsea location, it is always super clean and well lit. I have dealt with Nick numerous times and he is so professional and always accommodating. I can’t reiterate how clean this facility is, just check it out.
Metro mini storage is AWESOME. They are easy to work with and watched over the storage units very well. One time I left my unit improperly locked and they called to alert me. They also notified me when my auto payment was about to expire so I could change my credit card information to continue with auto pay. Great folks! My son also had a storage unit there for many years and received the same great treatment. Professional, courteous and helpful.
